Re: EF is a better handling chassis than DC? Comments? (neo1z)

EF/DA have front radius rods stock, but their unibodies are less stiff. They also have less suspension travel. I figure the cars are all similar enough that aside from a weight advantage there's...

For the amount of hassle that it would take to get the F20C into the Miata you could do this with a much lower level of fuss:

Re: Ultimate Racing S2000 Turbo Kit RE-TUNED and DYNO'D! (kidkutz)

I just thought up another idea that you could offer as an option. You could offer the AEM EMS as an option above the GReddy eManage. You wouldn't really need to add any other parts to the kit and...

Re: B16A Motor with B17A Crank? (dyg2001)

Well the last article that guy wrote was overly simplistic and full of itself.

The ideas are decent but a rebuilt/resleeved/etc B16 is not that easily had for the price of a B18C.

He says "it...

Re: P61 vs Chipped P28 w/ B16A3 (chet)

Sometimes the ECU will throw random codes if "it's just going bad." The Helms doesn't really offer an explanation beyond substituting a known-good ECU and seeing if it throws any codes.

Ideally...

Re: resonator vs. cat (HuskerHybrid)

I would get a high-flow cat instead of a test pipe. They flow essentially the same as no cat at all, and your car will smell like ass with raw unburnt exhaust coming out. That and you won't be...

Re: Understanding "Rim width range" and "Measured Rim range" (performula)

Measuring rim width is the rim the tire is mounted on to achieve the claimed width spec. A different rim will affect how wide the tire is. Rim width range is what width you can mount the tire on...

Re: what pistons to get with my setup (TypeR0wnz)

This is somewhat dependent on what your goal is for the end-result CR. The stock B20B pistons will yield about 9.1:1 CR when used with a B16 head. JE has a couple of options for B20/VTEC...

Re: Cutting my spring on my H&R Coilover set up? Should I do it? (Audio28)

There is absolutely no benefit of lowering your car that much. All it does is eat up suspension travel and cause you to scrape over things like driveways. Shocks need a certain amount of travel to...

Re: Aluminum vs. Chromoly Flywheels (TegTuner)

Both are good.

There are some horror stories about aluminum flywheels coming apart into a million pieces and flying into the cabin. Very infrequent indeed.

What it comes down to in my book, is...

Re: Why Not Go Nitrous? (Brett)

I don't like it because it's not the "actual" horsepower of the motor. With a turbo/all-motor build/whatever you increase the amount of power the motor makes all the time, part-throttle,...

Re: will a 91 si ecu work on my 90 ls ? (playa111119)

It will work in the sense that your car will run, but it is less than the ideal option. The Si ECU has a lower fuel cut and in general the fueling will be a bit lean for an Integra.
