can u explain the jump in power in the midrange? is this vtec kickign in and if it is shouldnt it be at 6k, di du change teh switchover and shoudlnt it be noticebly higher in power to redline, explain the tunning please...

It looks right to me, if you look on the graph, 6k is when VTEC kicks in, and thats the lowest blip on the graph. The area before it is when the turbo was spooled, but starting at 5750 the VTEC starts to kick in so you lose power. The is a straight band up.

I just thought up another idea that you could offer as an option. You could offer the AEM EMS as an option above the GReddy eManage. You wouldn't really need to add any other parts to the kit and owners would have more flexibility in getting their cars dialed in nicely. You could obviously provide a base map for the AEM along with it, and then the customers could do the final tweaking on a dyno.
Even better, if a wideband oxygen sensor is used in conjunction with the AEM EMS you can run closed loop with O2 feedback that actually does something productive since it has the data from the wideband sensor. Maybe a Motec PLM, FJO, etc could be included with the AEM option as well.
Just a thought.

Thats one of the smallest turbos I have ever seen, are you putting that on you engine or on your key chain?
