Where to tap oil pan (searched)
IIRC, there's a thread on here that shows the best place to tap the OEM oil pan for the oil return line for turbo applications. Problem is, I've used the search feature but was unable to find the said thread. Can someone link me to that thread, or tell me where I can tap the oil pan?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

i tapped mine on the un sumped side. that was the only place i could fit mine plus it was a straight dump from the turbo. look through the forced induction thread and im sure you'll find it

mine was originally in the deep section of the pan, til i bolted my downpipe on and realized this blocked the return line fitting. had that welded back up, and put it in the shallow portion of the pan
