2000 crv timing belt replaced need help
So I went through the ultimate task of replacing my water pump tensioner and timing belt because the old one snapped... I realigned tdc and the car ran like garbage like ting was out. I noticed the intake cam had a lot of tension at tdc and someone prior marked white paint to maybe tell me that they offset the cam one tooth forward. Anywho I moved the intake one tooth ahead and runs a **** ton better but now when it's warm and go to put it in park the rpms go up and down like 200 but don't go past 1000 then idles at roughly 600 wich seems a little low... someone have any ideas as to why my cam had to be moved ahead in order to run right

Ignition timing is incorrect. It is definitely not smart to move either of your camshafts ~10.5° out of spec in either the advance or retarded position. I would definitely put it back the way it IS SUPPOSED to be and fix the actual problem with the vehicle. It will run better than you can imagine after that.
There are many threads I can link, but maybe read through this one for some insight:
