Default Need some opinions!!

So... I just got the car running and whatnot and I need some opinions on what people know is safe to boost and what people have seen boosted on the same or a similar setup.

First, I'll let ya know what I have:

It's a 1995 Civic EX Coupe with an LS/VTEC swap (b18c1 head with a b18b block)

It also has:

1. Garrett t3/t04e turbo
2. RC 550cc injectors
3. Edelbrock VictorX Intake Manifold
4. 3 inch downpipe
5. 2.5 inch intercooler piping
6. Tial 50mm BOV
7. Tial 50mm wastegate
8. Precision intercooler (not sure of the size but it's rather large)
9. Golden Eagle headstuds
10. ACT 6 puck clutch

I could go on but let me get to the actual important stuff.

As far as tuning goes it has a chip that was burned and put into the ECU and tuned on a laptop with AEM. As far as internals go, it's all stock. I have a GS-R block that I am going to sleeve and put internals in but that stuff certainly isn't cheap.

What I need to know is what I can safely boost on this setup. I've been told that I can only boost 10lbs safely and I've heard some people say that I can go 15 because the compression ratio is 9.5 to 1. I needed some real opinions before I go blowing everything up. Any tips and suggestions are appreciated as well.

Well, I think I about covered what you would need to know about it to make some type of guestimate. Thanks alot.

you should not ask for opinions pick a different word to use as all opinions are biased. with the being said just dyno the car stock an start off there. its money well spent an you know that your motor should be running healthy.

Okay, let me rehprase. I didn't mean opinion. I meant any factual information or successful attempts/experience with this setup or one similar to it. One thing though. I don't understand what dynoing it will do for me other than let me know horsepower/torque ratings. Since the LS/VTEC isn't designed specifically for one car I am really not sure of the specs and capabilities of it. That's why I asked here. I know that there are a considerable ammount of people who have done this before (at least more here than other forums). I'm really trying to get horsepower and torque specs for the engine without forced induction and inquiring as to how much horsepower the internals are rated at. That will give me sort of a roundabout on what I will be able to safely boost. I am getting told alot that I can boost somewhere between 10-12 safely and up to 16 (but that's pushing it).

yeah, that sucks because I think this may be my last post or next to my last post allowed for the day and no one has really commented and I know that alot of people here know about/have done this swap before.
