crank sensor? b16a2
hey guys i have a del sol vti 1993. i have been told that the crank sensor is in the distributor, or just below the timing covers, or in the fuel pump. my distributor had gone but is now replaced and im still getting a code 04 (CKP crank position sensor) from the ecu. any suggestions? thanx guys!

The CKP sensor is in the distributor housing for your Del Sol. (It is on the oil pump housing on some newer Civics yada.) You can get the basic idea of its location from the top drawing at http://honda.lioness.googlepages.com/distributorbearing
Double check: Did you reset the codes? Checked all wires to the sensor?
Have you messed with the wiring under dash much? If so, there's a post here by a guy who said his CKP wiring got messed up: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-crx-ef-civic-1988-1991-3/cel-code-4-a-1796830/
