Default trying to relocate radio in 99 civic coupe

I know someone posted something like this not too long ago but I cant find the thread. Anyway I am trying to relocate my radio from its factory spot to down near the cup holder. If anyone has any info like pictures or what parts I might need I would highly appreciate the help. If anyone has tried this let me know how you like it. Thanks

I've done that and left the stock one on the original location. I'm happy with the change because i get a lot less glare with the deck being so low and its easy yo change with teh remote. The only downside to it is that you're very limited as to what you can keep in teh cupholder

i did it in a 96 civic DX hatch, so we could put a switch panel up above (so far the panel is just ABS'ed, but will be fiberglassed later).

An aftermarket bolts right in down below, though there will be a small gap on each side of the radio chassis

I searched and found the information on how to relocate the radio to the lower din, but was wondering if anyone knew what the honda parts and part numbers you need to do this in a 99-00 Civic?

Thanks in advance!

So basically for a 99-00 civic you need to get the cup holder and lower din from a 96-98 civic correct?
