lol, true true. it keeps up with the sleeper theme. i have these red buttons on my Mugen steering wheel and every ricer that looks into my car asks me if it is for 'nawws,' i keep telling them it's a horn button but they refuse to believe me.

4G63 swap, very nice. Couple questions if you don't mind. Is that a complete, bolt-in swap (engine, tranny, ecu, etc)? What mods have you done besides the fmic?

to answer your questions...

http://www.4g61t.com is the only website on the web worth visiting for exclusive info on the colt/mirage.

a 4g63 will bolt into any mirage/colt chassis if you have the right engine mounts. a 4g63 goes right into the colt gt/mirage turbo without any wiring changes because the stock 4g61 is identical to the 4g63 minus the difference in displacement, turbo, exhaust manifold...intake manifold...etc...

i'm gonna drill 4 2inch in diameter holes to get a little more airflow on the IC...and see how it works.

i'm also looking into a jdm front bumper...like the one pictured here.

the problem with the bumper uncut (as i liked it more also) was the way it rested against the IC. the plastic actually pushed right into it...which i kinda felt like the top of the IC would get very little air. now...i think the top of the IC will see more airflow and hopefully bring down the intake charge even more. i guess i should have run the car for a while before cutting it...and monitoring the intake temp...to see if there was a substantial difference but in this case...whats done is done.
