what are the differences in the ecu chips of mugen vs. spoon on a p28.

i think it is just vtec engagement and redline. and the the fuel map is probably different.

There really isn't much difference other than the redline and vtec engagement.

They both use different spec cams for their motors and probably have different fuel/timing mappings.

from what poison said and many of the others, there isnt much difference in the two programs. The mugen program is an agressive program and runs real rich. Spoon program kind of the same. Just vtec x over and rev limit is different. I'm sure with cams, high compression, etc.. these aftermarket ecu chips actually do help and work.
