Default p28 ECU

I HAVE A p28 ecu on my b18 and it has 5400 vtec.. and a 9200 rev limiter
some have told me its a skunk 2 ecu, another has told me its a mugen ecu...

can some one solve my confusion
i gues i can just go open the ecu and look at the chip?
but u could jus tell me and save me the trouble

It is probably some bullshit ebay program which is dumping too much fuel & too much ignition timing to do you any good.

There is no real way to determin what it is until you stick it in an eprom burner and read the binary data on it.

^^^ he is right.tune it your self. Get crome,uber, or hondata and tune that beast yourself. All motors are different and thats what pretty much all those chips do. Dump hella fuel and advance like a mo fo

i just checked for that MUGEN chip i was told was in there "no dice"

the p28 looks like a small book and i stil have the little ecu right before the door
how do i dis connect the p28 and connect the factory ecu?
i know dis is a stupid question but ive tried twice and i cant get it
