Default Waiting on Parts from Swift performance (johnisenglish)

Has anyone ordered anything from these guys? http://www.swift-performance.com I'm gettin pissed because i placed an order for intercooler piping about 2 weeks ago and I haven't recieved my order.

When i first talked to the guy. He told me he would have everything shipped out on Monday. So I email him sunday to check up on my order and he tells me that the bov flange hasn't come in and should be in on monday. Its thursday and he tells me that he's still waiting on a BOV Flange. I email him this morning and he tells me the bov flange will be in tomorrow. Right now i dont believe he even finished my order yet. Feel like there just making it up.

I dont mind waiting but I like to be told the truth! I keep getting the runaround from these guys.

So I told them to just forget to the BOV Flange and send out the piping. And I'll weld the BOV flange on myself.

Anyone who orders from them beware. I'm sure there good shop but make sure they got everything for your order or you'll be waiting awhile too.

I already emailed you covering all of this, and I told you that it would ship within 48 hours one way or another. I've email you AGAIN, and told you that the piping has been built and will be shipped out tomorrow. This is all on top of a rather serious burn I got on Tuesday which has been slowing me down dramatically, and may force me to refund several other, more complicated orders, simply because I’m not currently physically capable of building them.

I do realize that several orders I've had have been delayed - I apologize for this but in most cases there's simply nothing I can do. The supply for my flanges is quite frankly horrible, and I've since found another alternative, which is where everything is now coming from. Unfortunately, the switch cost me over $500 in parts that were never sent to me.

You really need to realize that in this industry, especially with CUSTOM PARTS, you can't expect fast-food style service. I know that delays can be frustrating and often even troublesome, but that's simply part of the game, and I'm doing the best that I can.

hotboi850, If you think that you're "getting the runaround" then fine, stress yourself out over that, but I've done all that I can to be up front and honest with you. You're going to lead a very short life if this sort of thing upsets you this much, though

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I'm not sure where else this is supposed to go. The reason why I'm asking about John is because I've made arrangements with him but haven't seen him online for a while. I was wondering if anyone has another way of contacting him. Thanks

BeeT
