?? I had my Type-S BOV flange fish tailed and welded on to my charge pipe. Are you saying your flange is larger than your piping?

i just dont know how to weld the flange onto the piping cuase the flange is flat and the piping is round...i know it sounds stupid but i jsut dont see how it would work.

go buy the flange needed for the bov and take it to a welding shop that knows what they're doing. You should be able to purchase a flangesomewhere....just have them trim the the flange round so it will fit the piping and have them weld it on.

take it to a welder...
you could always weld on a small length of tubing and put the flange on the end of it, but it shouldn't be a problem
