Finally tuned, dyno graph is here!!!!!
Ok, i had a problem with my car and vtec wasn't working. Here's the old dyno graph. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=529170
I drove to dallas to let Tony work on the car and he fixed my problem and also tuned it. Here's the specs on the motor.
Motor fully assembled by me
Gsr block sleeved by Golden Eagle.
84mm bore Import builder spec wiseco 9:1 compression pistons.
Eagle rods
Acl bearings
Head is ported and polished
full ferrea valvetrain
stock gsr cams
jg edelbrock intake manifold
stock cam gears and gsr throttle body
Inline pro t3 turbo manifold
precision sc61 turbo
revhard 2.5 dp with greddy power extreme 2 exhaust (2.75 piping)
Drag piping, 2"in/2.25out.
PWR intercooler
Hondata s200 and cpr 780cc injectors
One is pump gas at 14-15psi and the other is on c116 at 21-22psi.
This was all done on a daily driven teg, with power steering and a/c. It was driven to dallas 10+ hours and back to florida.
I want to give a Big Thanks to Tony1, Art, Stan, and Chris for helping me while i was in Dallas.
Red is pump gas, 14-15psi 363whp, 257tq
blue is c116, 21-22psi, 459whp, 326tq. Paul

14-15 psi is good, equal to me with T3/T04e standard DRAG III Turbo (360whp at 17psi), but only 81mm bore, so less displacement
but WTH!!!!! only 6-7psi more and you gaining near 100whp! That is impressive, must be the big Turbo.

Nice #'s man. I know you have to keep your AC but if you would switch to a 3"dp and exhaust you would see 500whp. Let us know when you take it to the track.
Very nice
I do have a question though, on my next dyno tuning session i will be doing the same thing that you did, pump gas to around 15psi then c16 for 23+ish psi. My question is, how did you go about switching the gas? Did you drain the pump gas completely then fill up with the race fuel at the dyno? I also assume you are using 2 different hondata chips for each octane fuel, correct? Thanks for the help.

Yeah, ask paul why we stopped there. That's a terrible feeling, knowing your car has alot more in it, but you don't trust your rods...

I made 500wgp and 333 ft-lb torque on Eagle rods but when I did the rebuild due to GE sleeves I wanted some peace of mine so went with Pauters. Congrats on the #s
