Default just put in my 98 b18c.....code 22

95 si
engine : 98 jspec b18c

will my d16z6 vtec control unit (thingy) fit on the b18c?

a very knowledgable friend says yes. and i just wanted to know if anyone has done this

btw code 22 is no vtec pressure signal (jdm itr engine has no vtec pressure sensor)

oh id like to add that i give Hmotorsonline an 8 out of 10 on the engine....it had a few problems, but no broken parts and it runs really good

you can either tap into your jdm vtec solenoid and run 2 wires, one for pressure switch and one for ground.

or you can get a USDM Vtec solenoid.

the vtec soleniod is one wire.....tap that wire and any ground to the pressure sensor plug?

drill the jdm vtec solenoid and run the wires and save yourself $150 thats what i did and it works fine

take your harness and tie the wires together going to the pressure switch. Cheap and effective
