no pics yet, but tonight i got my engine out, and the part of the tranny on the back that the engine mount bolts to was broken, and the bolts were gone, and there were some bigass chunks of metal missing from the casing as well, i ALSO had this same thing happen to one of the bolt holes for the drivers side engine mount as well. does ANYONE know what could casue such a wild thing to happen???

if you bottomed it out really hard i could see that happening, no other ideas than that. wierd

 

didn't bottom out, i had the drivers side engine mount come loose, so it's possible the tranny got side loaded, and then with the added power of the engine, casued them to break

my friend just pulled his F22 transmission off and a chunk of the casing broke off in the rear when he was trying to pry it off the block.
