Default Upgradeing to bigger injectors and getting your car to run fine on engine management has NEVER been

I love the DFI Gen 7! I just swapped out my RC 550's and put in the Seimen Deka's 83lb's that I bought from Tom (Camp1320) and went into my system configuration setting on my Gen 7 and changed my injector flow rate to 83lb from the previous 52lb and like Mike at DFI said "the car will run as it did before"! I was very surpried when the car just fired right up and ran as it did before. This really beats upgradeing injectors and having to redo you fuel table to just get the car to idle!

I'll be doing the same thing in about 2 weeks or so when I replace my 550's with 1000cc squirters. This will be with EMS so it's just as easy.

Where's all the hondata guys now? Want to do this---look forward to paying someone for a 30 second re-calculation.

I'll be making the same swap with hondata. Let us know how yours (idle) turns out. I may just switch ems camps.

i have a feeling you'll have to tweak your fuel map at idle/low load to compensate for the open/close rate of these injectors, but i could be wrong. either way its not difficult. let us know.

Haven't messed with the fuel map, yet. It's surging a bit, but nothing for me to worry about. I'll let Lawrence mess with it on Sat. at the dyno!
