I didn't expect to pay this much. I was going to order one tomorrow. But there is no way I'm spending $115. If I can't do it for $50-60. Then I'll use the cheap one that came with my Rev Hard kit.

Mine was $98 I got them at a local speedshop so there was markup and tax im sure they can be had better over the internet at like JEGS or Summit.

BTW if any one needs a -10AN 45 degree swivel hose end I have one extra. Its used and ill sell it for $15.

 

Thats way to much, I go to this local shop, they sell oil line it steel braded inside with thick *** rubber inside and out, it cost like 15 dollars for like 5-6 feet. Its the better than ss, if you would like give me your email and I can send you some pictures. Total my oil piping cost me 30 something. Another guy used it and it touched his manifold for almost a week and still didn't burn though.

Nice post, Ryan. Do you really need 3 ft of return line though? It looks like it can be done with 2 easily in most cases.

It only comes in 3ft. That's the shortest I could find..

i spent over $300 canadian on my stuff. (so thats like$1 us )
its expensive, but to me its not too bad. i dont know why.
anyways......I HOPE STAINLESS lines DIE cause my fingers hurt..
holy **** is it IMPOSSIBLE to do the feed line.
the return was easy but the feed....no way im getting the fitting around the stainless. i dont knw what to do.
but anyways.

$115 is way too much. Just look in the phonebook under 'Hose and Fittings" and find an Aeroquip dealer. The 45º fittings were pretty expensize ($20) but, the straight was less than ten and I got about a foot of hose from them for free, since it was scrap from a larger project.

 

The aeroquip fittings are a little more then the Earl Auto-fit... not much though.

I have Aeroguip's hose on my list though.

earl is usually cheaper than aeroquip or goodridge ( most expensive). I used goodridge fitting on my kits. but they're all works fine...

i only spent $50 on my return line...earls fittings and line. Brother bought the line and gave some to me

 

Ryan honestly it is worth every penny to have a bullet proof oil return line. I have seen the crappy stock revhards melt open cause of the downpipe. Most of them leak too. I bit the bullet and did it with SS line and earls fittings it was hard to spend the extra money but it was well worth it in the long run.

I think I'm going to go this route.

My best friend just bought a 2C kit. He also needs on. So it will work out.

 

how the hell did you get your feed fitting onto the line...
i wrap with tape (tightly..duct tape) and it would still flare once i took the tape off..no way in hell im getting my fitting around the steel line...now i can just push it around the rubber and the steel with spread a bit..would look ghetto but i think it will work.ive tried so hard and i just cant get it aorund the steel.

 

You might want to contact Artubro...I think he has an oil line "kit" for sale.
