$115 for a nice oil Return line?
WTF?
I didn't expect to pay this much. I was going to order one tomorrow. But there is no way I'm spending $115. If I can't do it for $50-60. Then I'll use the cheap one that came with my Rev Hard kit.

Thats way to much, I go to this local shop, they sell oil line it steel braded inside with thick *** rubber inside and out, it cost like 15 dollars for like 5-6 feet. Its the better than ss, if you would like give me your email and I can send you some pictures. Total my oil piping cost me 30 something. Another guy used it and it touched his manifold for almost a week and still didn't burn though.

Nice post, Ryan. Do you really need 3 ft of return line though? It looks like it can be done with 2 easily in most cases.

But you can do this I guess?
$61 w/Straight Hose Ends
$81 w/45º bends on end of hose
$102 ($51 each) for 2 oil return line kits w/ straight hose ends.
$142 ($71 each) for 2 oil return line kits w/45º bends on end of hose
note: you can 1/2 the 3 feet of hose. That leaves 18" per return line.
DUDE.

I'm just doing a little research. Weighing my options.
Cheaper is always better in "My" case.
$115 is way too much. Just look in the phonebook under 'Hose and Fittings" and find an Aeroquip dealer. The 45º fittings were pretty expensize ($20) but, the straight was less than ten and I got about a foot of hose from them for free, since it was scrap from a larger project.

I have Aeroguip's hose on my list though.
Thanks for helping out though.

Ryan honestly it is worth every penny to have a bullet proof oil return line. I have seen the crappy stock revhards melt open cause of the downpipe. Most of them leak too. I bit the bullet and did it with SS line and earls fittings it was hard to spend the extra money but it was well worth it in the long run.

I think I'm going to go this route.
$142 ($71 each) for 2 oil return line kits w/45º bends on each end of the hose.
it's only $75 shipped and I get the 45º bends.
My best friend just bought a 2C kit. He also needs on. So it will work out.
how the hell did you get your feed fitting onto the line...
i wrap with tape (tightly..duct tape) and it would still flare once i took the tape off..no way in hell im getting my fitting around the steel line...now i can just push it around the rubber and the steel with spread a bit..would look ghetto but i think it will work.ive tried so hard and i just cant get it aorund the steel.
