Oil/coolant mixture coming out of my head.
I am having trouble starting my motor. It is a 00 EX D16Y8 and it won't start, looks like there is oil and coolant coming out of my exhaust manifold when I took it off. The motor was just put in and it was set on its side when it was out of the car. HELP!!!
I would leakdown test your motor, it should be able to tell you everything.. My guess would also be the headgasket... With the leakdown test take off the radiator cap... When you apply the leadkdown pressure to a cylinder and it causes coolant to bubble up, that will normally indicate a bad headgasket..... If you get air coming through you breather on the top of you valvecover then there is most likely something wrong with your rings.. Air coming through the intake manifold would indicate bent intake valves, and same for the exhaust... Latez
