Default bad head gasket?

i got a 95 ls and it over heats after driving for about 15 min. the fans do work, i replaced the stat and even tired with no stat seeming i live in fl and it would be open anyways but it still over heated. i had a coolant pressure test done and it held pressure. it seems that when it starts to get hot the coolant reservoir fills up and when the car cools down it goes back into the rad. just recently i put coolant got the air out took it out for a spin and when it started to over heat i brought it home the res was semi full i unscrewed the air bleeder valve thing and it just keep pouring steamy got air and a few squirts of coolant here and there. idk what else to try. if i fill up my rad and turn my car over with the rad cap off its kind comes out but not like a geyser. any ideas? is there a bad head gasket?

Check the hoses from the radiator to the block, there might be a leak from old cracking rubber hose.

Seriously? A leaky hose will leak steam/coolant when the system is pressurized.
