Default crap

sorry to be a thread *****, but I'm really needing some help here...
To summarize some other posts: Installed MSD 6BTM, car ran for a few minutes, then died. The car would turn over, but I am getting no spark, so it doesn't start. I checked everything and came to the conclusion it was the ICM (ignitor). I replaced the ignitor and it still won't start. I traced the Ignition Input signal wire back to the ECU and when someone is turning the motor over there is very little voltage (either 0.08v or 0.8v, I forgot :hammer coming out of pins A21/A22 on the ecu(they are red with green stripe wires, and become a yellow with green stripe sometime before going to the distributor.
Can someone verify what this voltage at the ecu should be?
Anyone know of a good way to test the coil, aside from resistance? Should I take it out and hook it up to the battery and try to get it to arc with a ground?

I'm really taking it in the butt here, any help would be awesome. I can't afford to bring it into a shop now...

It seems it was the coil. Good thing, since I didn't know if that would fix it until after I installed it.
Thanks for all the help guys.
