Default h22 into ef hatchback....

ok i no this will be kinda difficult to do. but exaclty how hard is this swap?? i dont want to get flamed, but i no that there are guys out there who have done this swap. i want to do this swap but have heard many bad things like fitmint and having to butcher a bunch of crap. thnx for any info. l8rz

nah, that's a good question, only flame from me is you are saying 'no' when it's 'know' shame on you

As for your question. You'd definantely have some fitting issues with the radiator support as with the radiator fan, and probably would have to modify the firewall a to make it fit well. As for mounting, i believe you need complete custom welded mounts -- which isn't impossible of course, there is a drag h22 CRX that runs 10's in california, as well as there is a 9 second turbo h22 crx in utah.

It's definantely a project and you have to REALLY want to do it. Most people just sell their EF and get an EG with it much easier to swap into compared to an EF.

thnx for the friendlyness, haha sorry its a habit. i no i no. hehe. well place racing makes mounts for it. cant i jes use those? and do i need the fan if its jes gunna be a drag car? thnx again
