ok im a noob at the nitrous game but im not scared to try it. so with that being said i figure we make this a learning experience on the subject .

post up your nitrous set-up's , experiences, and advise .


dont be shy SOHC owners post up as well


keep the whole boost bullshit out of here (aka boost it better **** )

I had a stock gsr in an EG with a 75 shot best times were 12.0@113 on slicks and 12.2@115 on bfg's. Made 266whp on a 75 shot on 93 octane.

as you can see in my sig. i'll say again though.
stock ls-vtec with 80 shot wet. best time is 12.4 @ 108 mph. made 254 horse and 194 torque.

On my eg hatch beater, I am running a wet 75-shot.

setup is:
'00 b16a2
ctr cams
ctr pistons
pnp head
headers
intake
64mm throttle body
itr intake valves
tuned on crome


75hp wet shot
crane trc-1 (timing retard control)
msd window switch 4500-on 7500-off shift at 8000

simple but very effective

I ran a 75 wet shot on stock interal b16a
but i did blow out 2nd gear out of a gsr tranny

I had a blast with the spray... it was enough to shock the hell out of some stang owners on the street!

01' Civic (1.7L SOHC)
75 wet shot w/ i/h/e

14.4 @ 98 mph
2.3 60ft.

another question....

how would IAB's effect nitrous?? would taking them out pack more air/nitrous mixture into the IM thus giving more power??

why is this thread here? this should be in the all motor forum

stock internal sohc 100wet 212whp 240wtq to bad it didnt survive the dyno. it was running way to lean even tho the WB said it was running rich..

you cant tune a nitrous motor using only a wideband. you have to learn how to read the spark plugs.
