IAC valve is in the back behind the intake manifold, right under the vacuum hose in the pic. Check and see if its plugged in or not. you racing in sonoma?
I thought the IAC sensor was the sensor on top of the intake manifold off the right in the picture?
And the EX harness wires for it are on the left and somehow they need to be wired together?
But I am not sure?

I found it! CEL #10 is for the (IAT) intake air temperature sensor. it is either on the runner of the intake manifold or behind the intake manifold. Check and make sure it is plugged in
That was what Im saying there is one plugged in on the intake manifold but I think the wires that go to it are on the left in the picture so somehow I have to wire the 2 together?

according to my book. the wires for the IAT sensor are green/white and red/yellow. Dont know if you need to wire them together or not. What color are the wires currently connected on the IAT sensor? what ecu are you using right now?
THe green/white and red/yellow are hangin on the lefyt right next to the throttle body you cann see them in the picture. the one connected to the IAC is red/yellow and there is a black one that is not connected to anything you can see them on the right in the picture.
I think it's a p28 with a hondata s300 from king motorosports.

OK, this is what I found. The IAT sensor on newer cars is on the intake tube. #23 in the pic below. You can depin the wires from the plug and swap them out with the correct plug for the IAT.
Im positive that the plug for the IAT you have connected right now is wrong. green/white goes next to the clip. red/yellow goes opposite to the clip. <--this is for the plug currently in the IAT

Thanks for all your help I will disconnst the one I have hooked up to the IAT sensor now and pin in the new ones my question is now since there is only a red/blue wire coming out of the IAT sensor di I connect the red/yellow one to it or the green/black one or both?
connect both the red/yellow and green/white to the plug currently in the IAT sensor.
here's a pic I took from my engine. green/white should be next to clip. red/yellow should be opposite of clip. I dont know where the current wires go to. but I can help you out
was your car running like crap?

car was not really running that bad?
Your sensor has two wires mine only has a red and a blue here is a pic of how it is now. (I agree that you are right and that this is hooked up wrong but see how I only have 1 wire coming out?)

SWo which of these 2 do I wire to the red/blue one in the above picture or do I wire both?

Also mine is green/black not green/white?

so it's green/black and red/yellow? it kinda looks like there's only 1 wire and the other was cut off...? take the IAT sensor plug off and see if there are 2 pins sticking out(which there usually is) but yes, you need to get the right plug and wire the 2 wires into the IAT sensor
