wich way to mount turbo
i understand that but is there a benefit to mounting it either way...will it effect the spool up of the turbo..im getting a custom downpipe made so it doesnt matter so wich would be better
might as well have the hotside facing the passenger side of the car to:
-have more room for a filter instead of jaming it against the rad hoses
-less time to make a smaller dp if it only has 2, maybe 3 bends instead of 3 or 4 for the opposite side.
-less charge piping

X2
if you go the other way though, you could try to make it a/c compatible

Really does not matter, it usually depends where the turbo flange is place on the manifold. Usually the downpipe is ran out the passenger side.
