Default idle funny

My set up.......i have a gsr with a greddy turbo kit......after installing and tuning it which cost me 300 bucks.....its running right but when at warm temp and idle you look at the motor it looks like its shaking.....is that normal for a turbo car.......but when you give it gas it goes though....with this kit i did not get that much hp....when dyno tune it i was at 208 hp and 179 tq.....with stock cat with stock exhaust...and stock manifold.......another question.......what kind of upgrade should i do to at least reach the 250 hp......

motor is shaking at idle... what rpm is it idling at? motor mounts could be worn out, tuning issues, idle is to low (which could be related to the tune). not the only things that could cause that but those are the obvious ones I would think off to start with.

and whoever told you that you cannot use a boost controller with an internally wastegated turbo is a moron, you can use a boost controller (or adjust the wastegate actuator) but without being tuned for it... you just asking to smoke the motor.

hm. you dont seem to get many answers, so i'll shoot my .2 cents.

first i'd get your problems fixed. like twkd said, your motor mounts could be worn.

i'm assuming you have a stock block, so the most amount of boost you can push SAFELY is 10 lbs with a good tune. any more than that is good-bye motor.

another thing you should do is that you should upgrade your exhaust system. get like a 2.75 or 3 in exhaust.

and how the expletive do you have a stock manifold? i hope you're talking about your intake mani cuz something's wrong if you're not

if you dont wanna spend the money on getting pistons and blah blah, just get a turbo manifold (intake) and then get turbo cams.

hope this helps!

honestly it's not the power, it's the driver.
just hope you launch good and shift good. then you should be okay.
