Default Chipped Piston/Scuffed Cylinder Wall What Next?????

Awhile back i chipped off a peice of my #4 piston and scuffed the #4 cylinder wall.
Here are some pics:

This leaves me with several options
Things to Keep in Mind:
I am on a $2500 budget for the bottom end build.
This is my daily driver.
My goal is around 300-325 daily driven whp.

Which option should i go with?

Rebuild the block, go with 81.5mm pistons and GE rods. Should be around $1000 to rebuild it. I have pistons/rods on mine, daily driver and over 460whp.

sleaves =1000
pistons/rings cp 81.5mm 9:1 comp 500
eagle rods _=325
acl bearings 90 dollars
arp headstuds=100

total is still under 2500 and if you wanted to im sure you could get a deal on better rods and shoot for 600whp if your turbo setup is appropriate

The 2500 is also including the bore and hone/ hot tank and step deck, oem main bearings, oem thrust washers, oem head gasket, type-r oil pump, and shortblock assembly. Not that those things make it add up to 2500 but just letting you know those are part of the deal.
