Default Removing Power Steering?

Is it hard to remove power steering in my ej coupe? I know there are kits for other cars but i havent seen one for mine. Also are there any good write-ups on the process?

Thanks

You can just take the belt off if you want to do the quick and easy way. If you want to go all out, remove the pump and everything too, then you can buy a manual steering rack from a car that didn't have power steering. Say a VX or CX civic.

heres my walkthrough on adding power steering but the stps are basically the same if you are planning to swap in a manual rack. http://repo.jackmoves.com/album119

Nope. You'll need a b-series PS. If you wanna leave out the PS, you could loop you current PS system. You could piece the kit yourself and source parts out from your local hardware store.

yeah you will need to use the pump only from the b17 if you want to retain a working power steering
