Default Where can I get custom flanges made?

Any recommendations as to where I can get some custom flanges made? I have a cad file with what I need already.

There are a number of sites online that can produce parts for you from a CAD file.

emachineshop.com
3dsystems.com
shapeways.com

Those are just some of the ones I've gotten quotes from. I haven't actually ordered anything yet though. I would thing a flange would be reasonably priced. emachineshop can do water jet cutting, so that might be the most cost effective route. You could also take it to a local machine shop and see what they could do for you.
