Any one know the answer to this? I live in gainesville, fl and i dont know anyone here that can do this. And since I do not have the kit on my car yet, I cannot just take it somewhere for them to make it in Jax, orlando or tampa. Anyone know a good place online to get a downpipe made, or maybe here in north central florida? Thanks

Have you ever heard of Smitty's Muffler Shop?
Its in Middleburg on the way into jax. They don't Mandrel bend or anything but they made me a custom 2.5 custom exhaust with a flexpipe, matched to a 2.63" flange on my header for a price you wouldn't believe. And they just do all the stuff right there while you wait. I bet they'd do pretty well on a DP. That's where I'm gonna go for all my IC and DP piping.

 

go pick up a stick welder for about 100 bucks and some mandral bent pipe from summit and weld it your self!! I did, did not know a thing about welding. may not look pretty but it works.

 

lol a stick welder? is that like MIG or TIG welding? Sounds like fun project to make my own down pipe. I did everythign else, minus well do that! There is a plus called United Rent All, they rent out TIG welders. I have no clue how to do this. Any sites or anything you guys no of to do this? Thanks

 

tig is the good ****. i went to harbor freight and bought a stick welder for 100 bucks. it took me about a week to get a decent weld. tring diffrent temps and so on.
