Default update time again

Not sure who all has been following my project, but its been a while. I finally got my *** in gear again and the car should be running within the next couple weeks.

I finished the manifold up about a week ago, media blasted it to make it look clean, no its time for final mock up and installation

edit: i guess its not totally finished, i need to finish my braces for theturbo and gates. And again, this is my first manifold

some older progress pics in my sig

Looks good Chad. It will be nice to see some actual fast cars here in northwest Ohio. Is your motor together, because I thought Doug told me that you were going through it in customs?

If you dont mind me asking what did your head flow?

yea, i had the head in customs to put the rocker arms and stuff together, got that all done that day. He might be thinking of my buddys ls/vtec that i'm building. Anyways, its all assembled in my car, just waiting on my map sensor, throttle body and a bunch of odds and ends.

intake side ended up picking up over 30cfm from .200 on to total 309cfm at .500. exhaust side picked up 40cfm from .200 on to total 240cfm at .500. Not crazy high topend numbers but the midrange gain was what i was going for to get my turbo kicking a little sooner. And the topend is still flowing enough to make plenty of power

i'll be honest. i am a feeble man. just the thought of dual wastegate's is kind of distrubing to me. It looks incredible, good luck once you get her up and going. Winter project or will it be finished sooner?

well the point of the dual gates is to keep the exhaust pulses totally seperate untill they meet at the turbine wheel, and they are 38s unlike the 44s and other massive **** that some people have been running.

the radiator was custom made for my old setup but is working well for this one also.

And the 3inch dp is just becasue it dumps right in front of the pass. tire so i didn't see a point in going 4inch, but i guess dyno numbers will tell.

hoping to have it done within the next couple weeks
