Exploited Racing...I need a refund NOW.
Exploited Racing, it sucks that I am forced to get your attention on a public forum. However, you have not answered my emails. Let me explain why I need a refund very quickly...
1. I placed an order totalling $200.50 on Jan 9th.
2. I emailed you a month later when the order had not arrived, you repsonded by saying you were waiting on end mills.
3. Another week pasted...no parts, I emailed again and asked for a refund. YOU then said the order HAD shipped.
4. Another MONTH passed and I have still not seen any flanges or had any further emails from you.
IF I do not recieve a refund in the form of a paypal refund, check, money, anything very soon I will be forced to do something about it. I urge all members of honda-tech to not buy from this guy. His website now says that he only accepts money orders and COD. Gee I wonder why? Is it because of all the disputed paypal transactions?

Re: (ExploitedRacing)
Yesterday:
Hi,
This is the second email. Several MONTHS(Jan 9) ago I
ordered flanges from you totalling $200.50. I have yet
to see these flanges. I requested a refund. This is my
second email requesting a refund. If a refund is not
given within 48 hours I will take legal action and/or
dispute this transaction with paypal.

Re: (ExploitedRacing)
So he has to wait for money he gave you 2 months ago.
I can't believe your still in business the way you treat your customers,I mean you really think you have the right to get an attitude after running him around for over 2 months.
And to say your waiting for endmills is B.S. A good business would have more than one supplier,I mean there's only like a thousand places to buy them.
I mean at least learn how to bull **** alittle better.
You need your own forum for your unsatisfied customers.

Re: (Mpir3)
i think its great that if he wants a refund then he has to wait until you get paid. have you ever taken any sort of business classes? do you have common sense? if he paid you then that means you have the money, if you spent his money then its your own damn fault. how about you make right of this situation? if i were in his shoes i would want the flanges with a money order for $200.50. how do you expect to stay in business if you keep doing this to people? i'm surprised you lasted this long

Re: (98AccordEX)
First off, stop taking money orders.
Second, get yourself into a few business classes and accounting classes and learn how to better your finances and customer service/relations.
Third, I would only accept company checks, company or personal credit cards, or paypal (if you must).
Forth, get into a habit or a rhythm of doing things. Example: Finish run of flanges, walk over to shipping/receiving area, box up item (properly), process shipment in UPS, DONE! Instead of doing 80 things at once, focus on one or two orders at a time and stick with them until completion (this means the item is boxed up and ready to go out).
Fifth, when dealing with paypal or credit cards do not charge the customer until the item is processed and ready to ship. If you require a deposit, fine.
That is all I can think of off the top of my head without actually talking to you or seeing your shop and the way you work.

Re: (mbpwrx)
a little business sense would clearly dictate you get the money up front. This board is filled with flakers and worse. But then it would also dictate a quick and business like response.

EDIT: I take back what I said (sorry if you didn't catch it). You're right for someone who sells strictly through the internet. I'm coming with the experience of a 24 years with a physical location and hardly selling on the internet at all. Our internet sales is done typically with credit card purchases. Your "business world" and my "business world" is quite different.
Here is an idea for him to try out a few times until he earns some trust and respect back:
If he takes a few orders from people and only charges a set-up fee or a deposit on them item, gets the item out on time, and then charges the account he would see a better response from customers. He may not have to do this everytime or forever, but it would give some security to the customer and would keep him from taking the money and blowing it on other ****. Respect is earned and this guy really doesn't have any now.
EDIT: There is no reason to get in a pissing match in this thread. Let's just see what Exploited has to say and leave it at that.

Re: (Braden)
wow this is like the 15th thread ive seen with you having very big issues with your customers man, i think it is not just a "i wasnt on h-t all week" (previous excuse he was later called out on) or a "i dont have end mills".......ive seen way too many excuses to believe it at all. when a customer buys something they are assuming what you tell them is true, such as "it will be shipped out tomorrow" and that may be the reason they order from you because they need it ASAP for their project. they then wait for 1-4 months to get their product/refund after a big hassle. this ruins there project plans and trust in your company at all. just because they get their money back doesnt right the situation, it should become some type of a loan and you pay interest back on it. you dont seem to be learning from your multiple problems and i dont think you should continue your business until you can be a reputable seller (like distributor king, order at noon one day and have it noon the next day across the country). you have become one of the only people that i can hear a s/n and think "no way man".....give your practices a re-think and then give it a shot, you do good work, but dont have your prioritys straight......just my $10

Re: (bjo)
If you can hire a part time machinist (cash basis) for $18/hr, and he can make products that will profit $40 for each one of those hours, then you pocket $22 for every hour the guy works...and you get caught up on sales.
Maybe this is a viable option.

i don't have a problem taking payment after i am ready to ship flanges i make. if the buyer flakes, i can just sell them to someone else. in fact, i will never ask for payment until i am ready to ship. it just makes things easier. i have never had a problem or someone complain. sometimes people have to wait, and sometimes i lose a customer, but atleast they aren't pissed with me because i have their money and they have nothing. everyone stays happy.
