Car was involved in an accident and the drivers side motor mount got pulled out of the block taking out the threads and cracking the bottom hole...
Since this block is sleeved im really hoping it could be welded and have the hole redrilled or something...
Anyone with experience with this kind of stuff with any input would be appreciated!

It can be done. Has to be tig'd out of the car. Welder has to be fairly good as the weld can be porous/brittle and crack again. Drilling the weld perfectly will be a bitch given how much harder it will be than the cast material but is doable with a decent high speed steel bit (no carbide they literally turn orange hot)
I agree with Wantboost.
A question for you Wantboost... Should he disassemble the block before having it welded? The one time I had this done I was asked to disassemble the block to be able to clean it as much as possible inside and out. I was told the oil inside the block could start to burn through as the area being welded heats up. Was I told wrong?

Eh it shouldn't need to be. There's enough material for it to dissipate heat, I don't see it burning through to the water jacket or warping anything. Hell you could fill the water jacket up to have added heat absorption and dissipation
Having the motor apart would make moving it around easy but if the bottom end is healthy otherwise I wouldn't touch it. Although depending on the mileage on the bottom end a quick rebuild couldn't hurt

Thanks for clarifying.
