Default Shift Linkage all screwed up?

So I just finished my swap everything was good tranny was smooth an did fine. Get off the dyno an drive home about a 45mins drive an I stop come back an my car won't go into 4th gear as if it was being locked out. The transmission didn't grind or make any noise whatsoever previously.

I went to my friends house an we checked the fluid it was full an had no shavings on the drain bolt put new oil in it an tried it again. Same result felt blocked. We got it on the lift an grabbed the linkage an physically went gear to gear an it clicked in all gears fine. We
Checked an allll the bushings and they're shot from front to rear on the linkage. You can stir the shifter around like a straw.

He said it looks like the linkage may be bent so would this interfere with he throw of the shifter an cause it not to go into 4th gear but every other gear is fine an smooth? Clutch is a brand new competition stage 4 sprung. Didn't bleed the clutch when it was installed either. Any suggestions ht?
