replacement case

Default replacement case

Here is the story bought ls hydro tranny on egay arrived to me with a busted case. long story short need new case. Bell housing looks to be okay. Kinda worried about internals to but at least with a new case I can work from there.

have you contacted the people you bought the tranny from over ebay? there's gotta be some sort of fraud thing you can look into.

also, maybe the tranny was fine and it got messed up in shipping, there could be insurance on it.

probably the cheapest way to get a new case would be to find someone on craigslist or the marketplace who is selling a blown tranny for dirt cheap. the bonus is you would have some good spare parts to keep around.

Yeah the guy was bein a dick about my refund and I had to wait on paypal but it's handled now. So no need for a case

glad to hear it worked out, i just got dicked over on a tranny myself (3rd gear grinds bad)

Yeah, at least it all worked out. Sorry about your tranny though seanbev. I assume it was a b series? It's rare seeing those now that don't grind 3rd

yeah it's a b16 lsd cable tranny, son of a bitch said it shifted perfect, still trying to get ahold of him.
