Gsr trans and new clutch issue HELP!!!
Howsit guys, so I have a civic hatch with a gsr and gsr hydro trans in it. Clutch was bad so I ordered a new one. Clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, pilot and throwout bearings all new...
Anyway after pulling everything apart my trans needed a new mainshaft bearing so I had a shop pull the trans apart and replace it, everything solid and good to go after I got it back. I put the new flywheel clutch and press.plate along with bearings all in, torqued everything down to specs. And then put the trans back on👍 Everything was torqued down correctly straight from the manual. But now I'm having major issues. 1) it's really hard to get into gear, I gotta slam it in. 2) it almost seems like the clutch is always engaged, when I take my foot off the pedal and pull it towards a gear I can see the axels spin as if it were in gear. 3) I can't put it into reverse at all, it just makes an extremely loud grinding noise.... when the car is off it feels like it shift just fine, but when on it's completely different. I have bled the clutch lines, check the shift linkage to make sure it was tight, and thee appears to be the correct amount of play at the pedal. I'm lost, any help would be much appreciated🤙🤙🤙
