Default 92 Civic d16z6 tranny problem

So I just purchased a 92 Honda Civic Ex Automatic, everything works great on the car. Only problem is that when the car reaches temp the transmission slips into neutral and won't go into gear until it cools off.

The engine code is 1 long blink and 9 fast blinks. So 19 right? Which is a/t lock up solenoid? I've replaced what I assume is that solenoid but I don't think that fixed it.

Also so it looks as if the last guy replaced the ecu with one off of a b15 can read the rest. Any help?

there is no b15. If its from a d15 though, that's of course gonna give a code or two. Your ECU code by the way is p28. Check your fluid first and look at the color. It should be a reddish purple color. If its brown, let us know.
