P28 ecu problem
hello everyone i have this problem and i can't figure out can neone help me
the problem that i have is from a 92 civic si
i try to get code from the car but some how it won't throw me back code
first i turn off the car, plug a wire into the plug, run to the driver side turn on the second key where lights come up. but my ecu light come up but there no code reading i try to restart too but still doesn't do nething code still stay the same.
so can ne of u help me figure it out.
