Default Write up on how to replace syncro's?

I've googled, and searched here on honda tech, and cannot find a write up anywhere, for a Y1 Transmission. I need to replace the syncro's. Any one have any knowlage of where I can Find a very good write up? Id really appricate it. Im going to keep searching in the mean time.

what tranny are you going to be redoing? hydro or cable? if it's cable, use 90-93 teg, and if it's hydro, use 94+ teg.

lol, Yeah, but I want to make sure I am going to do it right. Im not afraid to Dig into sh*t, But I dont want to somehow missplace a gear and get confused. It seems the gears just pull off.
