Default wierd idle problem

I am having problems with a friend's Civic that I have been working on. It is a 94 Civic with a boosted b16a2 swap w/ a p61 ecu. The car will idle fine when the car is cool, but will not idle at all when the engine gets up to normal operating temps. Before, the car would have a jumping idle, but I took off the throttle body and cleaned it as well as the idle air passage. The jumping idle seems to be gone, but the car will only idle when the ecu is in open loop. Any suggestions or comments?

FITV, right under your throttle body with the coolant lines running to it, take it apart and adjust the plunger back in

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? What condition is your IAC in?

IACV is brand new, I am leaning towards it being the FITV I doubt that there is a vacuum leak beings that the thing idles great during open loop.
