Default GSR idle problem

I just bought a bubble and it has a full gsr swap... the only problem is that the idle is pretty bad... i know that once you do most swaps the car will never idle the same... but my car feels like its gonna turn off... and its kind of hard to turn on sometimes. What can i do 2 fix this?

you can check for a vaccum leak. if you sure you have no leak
then use the screw(flat head) in the throttle body to adjust idle.

not true.....when done correctly a swap will idle perfectly, it just takes some effort. do you know what year your gsr is from and what kind of ecu you're running? does the idle fluctuate or just idle really low? also, does it idle differently when cold vs. warm?

you can try these things: check for vaccuum leaks, replace the pcv valve, check throttle cable tension and butterfly, throttle body gasket, clean your iacv, check for air in coolant lines. avoid turning the idle adjustment screw as mentioned unless you are setting your base idle.

if those don't help then you may need to check your sensors and possibly the wiring. good luck, post your progress if you can!
