where to wire the electrical water pump?
How many wires?
If its just a straight up power and ground, then the guy gave you the right 'directions'. You need to use a relay to switch the water pump on/off but you need to use an ignition signal to turn the relay on.

it dpeends on hwo you are setting it up. Is this for a drag car or street/strip car.
you have two options to wire it up. Manual wire it up off a switch or wire it off ignition on position
i prefer the first method utilizing a relay setup. with the electric pumps the cars tend to overcool themselves

wire it to a adjustable thermostat switch but also put a bypass on it so you can turn it on when you want for instance after you manke a pass and want to shut the car down and leave the pump on its also a good idea to wire your fan in sync with it
ok i wired it to the ignition so wen i turn it on the water pump is on..but when i drive...it cools it all the way down to cold...so i don't kno wat to do now...any ideas? when i'm parked it'll stay warm but when i drive it cools and the heater goes cold also... someone help! lol
Is the thermostat even present? Check to make sure its not stuck open (boil it in a pot and see if it changes) or if it has big holes drilled into it. When you install an EWP you're supposed to drill a small hole into your thermostat but not too big or it over cools.
Don't wire the fan and the EWP together on a street car.
