Default what's better the better header?

ok I'm going with the B18C1 in my 90 Rex and I'm bumping the compression with CTR pistons to 12.1:0 (around that) and going with a JUN3 head package. Since I'll have higher compression what I want to know is if larger exhaust runners such as 2", what the AN-R header has, are better free flowing or if I'll be losing any torque and notice gains in the higher RPM's. I'm not exactly sure about the DC header and what the runners and how large they are but I think they are around 1.75", between the 2 which is the better header? Also are there any dyno charts availabe on stock vs. stock motors with those headers. Any info on the headers and which is better to go with is appreciated
