the ideal temp for the most efficiency of engine is at 93C or 200F

so 210 F to 230 F isn't great but it's not that bad either???

Running that hot is going to wear down your engine faster. Change your oil more often at least.

outside temps have a pretty large effect on your coolant temp. down here in florida itll get up to almost 100deg during the day and ill see coolant temps approach close to 220deg at times. but at night sometimes i wont see over 190deg. my factory temp gauge didnt move past its normal sitting point until 228-230degrees and would go up about an 1/8 of the way per 1 degree. this was according to the aem ems when i had it
