Default What could be the problem?

My car was running fine couple days ago and today i replaced the ect sensor the car has a vss sensor problem so whats happening is i cant pass 4k rpm im using a p28 on h22 motor with ectune on 92 prelude t3/t4 turbo and the launch control was set to 4k or so but if i step on the clutch while the car is moving the rpm can reach to redline and if i boost it on 4th gear the pressure can reach to 10psi which is good but when you reach almost 4k it will bug sounds like the launch control, could this be my vss sensor or boost leak? Any suggestion would be nice..

I actually just replace the vss sensor TODAY and its still doing the same thing so i dont think its the launch control..could it be vtec solinoid or oil pressure switch?

VSS is vehicle speed sensor. you are having a engine rpm issue.....there is really no relation to the problem unless you are having speedometer issues?

you changed your coolant temp sensor.......did you bleed the coolant properly? sounds like it may be overheating and it could possibly be hitting a engine overheat protection revlimiter at 4krpm?
