Default Vafc Tuning Questions

I recently put a vafc and 520cc injectors into my integra. Just for some background info it is fully built turbo motor. 9:1 compression, bored, all the good stuff with turbo motros. It has a AEM fuel rail, B&M regulator, digital 6 box, all the goodies etc... you get the point. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone could give me a point in the right direction on how to do my feul curve etc. I will get it dyno tuned soon but I would like it if someone with a good understanding of vafc's or someone with similar modifications could tell me at what points they have their's set at

Thanks Alot,
Trevor

I had to turn mine down to -38 to get it to run right. i have rc440's in a nitrous d16z6, so it's going to be different, but that's where i had to go. My **** ran real rich. but, yes, you either need to tune it with your own wideband o2 or better take it to a dyno w/ one. how does your's run, i'm curious because I just posted problems w/ my vafc setup last night in this forum. check it out.

I actually just did some"Garage Tuning" and then i went out on the highway out by my house and went about 75% throttle in 4th and it was very suprising i hit about 12lbs. and then a coupler blew off. My car wasn't used to seeing this much boost it has been built for quite some time and i just now got around to tuning it. I was very impressed with my results still have some things to fix but when I get it tuned it should be strong. Also I have mine around -38 too so that seems to be right. That is just on the normal curve though, as I'm sure it is for yours also.

i really don't like the vafc now that i have it, i would've invested in the hondata s200 or something, but it's better than nothing i guess. it's kind of a hit or miss science if you don't have a wideband or dyno. I'm about to get a wideband so i can tune it myself whenever i want to change something. I'm about to put in my stock injectors instead of the 440's, because i really don't need the 440's anyway (it's just an all-motor d16z6, I was just planning on a dry nitrous system in the future) and i don't like cranking the curve down that far, you know. it's all a big pain in the ***. Let me know how your tuning goes

VAFC is horrible for adding fuel because of the nature of its design. All it does is alter map sensor signal. If money is an option, try CROME or uberdata.
