how can i set the Vtec Unmatched settings?
Thanks......
There is a menu on the VAFC for these settings. Check the manual. If you don't have one, you can download or view it on the Apexi site.
Why do you want your vtec settings so low? What is your setup if I may ask?

go to settings on the VAFC
it should be option 4 to change the settings. it's right after the option of changing VTEC.
there should be a map in your manual that shows you a generalizations of unmatched settings.
http://www.apexi-usa.com/produ...c.pdf
page 20 shows you the breakdown of functions and operations
page 33 has your generalization map for unmatched settings and how to set it
hope this helps some

just a guess, but you may want to set your unmatched settings at -1 and then try +1 if your setting vtec that low... i'm not really sure how it will work out with that... here's a run down, mayb this will help explain it.
- your chipped ecu kicks vtec in at 5500.
- you changed it to make vtec kick in at 4200
- the unmatched settings compensates from when you set it(4200), to when stock is set (5500) (4200 to 5500)
- if you view 4 items on your VAFC (put rev, vti, vto, and cor on there) vti - stock vtec vto - your set vtec from the vafc
- the vto will show on at 4200 and your correction should change to whatever you have it set at. once you hit 5500 your vti should say on and you correction should go off.
- the unmatched settings are set to help compensate for those 1300 rpms. you should try +1, then +2, then +3. my 04s kicks in vtec @6200 and i now have it set @ 5700 with unmatched settings at +2 on hi to low and low to hi
if you already knew what the unmatched settings were, i'm sorry. but i'm really tryin to help...
