My VTi is not comming on anymore. Isn't that the V-Tec signal comming in from the ECU to the VACF unit. If so, does it even matter if it comes on or not? The VTo (V-Tec out) comes on fine. I have checked the settings, and they seem to be OK. This thing is tuned up, should I just re-initalize? or get a PowerFC unit, or Hondata. Are these proper replacements? This is on a 97 ITR. THanks

 

Can you FEEL you VTEC kicking in? If so-wire is probably just loose from your VAFC.
