Vacuum Leak???

Default Vacuum Leak???

I have searched over and over...when my car idles it revs up to 2000 rpms and back down to 1000...everyone says its either IACV or a vacuum leak...but if it was a vacuum leak, wouldn't it rev up and down while my car isn't in idle??

your car or any car at that produces more vacum at idle then at WOT or when it not at idle . u have MUCH less manifold vacum
