used DC header install?
i just got a 2-piece DC ceramic coated header for my civic. and planing to install myself. the problem is theres some stuff missing im finding out. I dont have the 02 harness, metal gasket, and one out of three bolt that bolts the 2-piece together is missing. can i make do without the the OEM 02 harness and buying a gasket, and finding a bolt from the hardware store? what kind of gaskets would you recomend? Mr. Gasket? what other things do i need?
Also, the 2 "o" rings that go between the pieces, do they need to be replaced? let me know asap, will be installing soon. thanks.

bolts from the hardware store are fine, just get the right size and try to find something stainless. the 2 o-rings should be inside the header, if not take them off you stock one or go to honda, you dont need the gasket thats what the o-rings are for. as far as the harness, just crimp and extend the wires
Lowes has a good selection of Stainless Bolts. Ace/DIY/ local hardware stores often do to. The local Home Depot doesn't have anything that big in SS. I would definatly go stainless and get some anti-seize.
Sup tony! Finally got your header huh?
Seems like everyone answered your Q's already excpet for the wiring harness. On the 2 piece is the O2 sensor hold on the bottom of the header (next to the cat) or is it one of the older headers where it's closer to the top? If it's on the top, the stock one should reach, if it's on the bottom, you'll just have to make some extensions I guess.
I'm coming back from Canada on sunday so if you haven't installed it by then, hit me up!
Oh, Don't forget to torque the bolts to specs! I have a torque wrench BTW if you need one
