those would be helpful...when i did mine though i reused all of my stock parts, and everything has worked fine for about a year now.
changing that header gasket would be a good plan though.

probably dont need to replace the donut gasket. but maybe the studs, nuts, and bolts that connect to the cat. i hated takin those off its such a b!tch. you have to hold on side with a wrench then screw off the other side with a ratchet or vice versa. good luck on the install man and dont break any bolts

if you do break any bolts, remember you can always get them at the dealer or online. Good Luck on the install.

well since i just got my new header on i recommend to you the following, first take off the mounting bracket at the bottom of the stock header right as it hits the b pipe. that will save u a lot of aggrevation when you get everything else off. have handy a good set of metric sockets and 12 point wrenches a breaker bar with some short extenders would help to. get the spring bolts that connect the cat to the b pipe theyll probably break when you take the stock ones off, definitely replace the manifold gasket and if you can actually get the donut gasket off you may be able to reuse it but i would suggest getting a new one since youre already in there, theres also another mounting bracket on the b pipe that imo is useless but to remove it easily remove it from the top where it connects to the subframe rather than where it connects to the b pipe, youll see all of this once youre in there and im sure it sounds greek to you now but youll know once youre in there, knowing the following before i started would have saved me a ton of time but thats how one learns

the header should come with bolts and the gasket that connect the manifold to the b pipe, with only 22K the bolts probably wont break but just get the bolts that connect the b pipe to the cat cuz it would really suck if you broke them anyway and you couldnt drive you car until you got them and had to stop working to run out and get the bolts and of course it will happen either late at night or on sunday when the dealer isnt even open and then ud be totally screwed, i also suggest getting a new o2 sensor since you probably wont be able to get the old one out of the b pipe. also get some high temp anti seize lube and put some on every bolt and nut that you screw on

Use your o2 sensor. A) it's newer and B) I'm pretty sure the sensors are diff between obd1 and obd2.. but not positive. Either way, just use yours.
